Comments: At the end of 2020 I was unable to walk due to a disc herniation in my L5S1. The pain was awful, and I met with Dr. Prasarn for an evaluation. After reviewing my MRI and meeting with me, he did recommend surgery and I decided that was the best path forward. I was scheduled immediately, due to the severe nature of the injury. My concern was that I would be able to play golf again. He told me that he would have me back on the golf course in 6 weeks if I trusted the process. The surgery happened, and was extremely successful. I was very stiff for the first few weeks, but I was up and walking (as I was told to do) the day after surgery. Lastly, quality of life has been so much better and golf is fun again. I highly recommend Dr. Prasarn. I also encourage anyone who is planning to have back surgery to stay positive with your mindset and know that you will heal.
