Comments: Making an appointment with Letty who drives a Sante Fe (couple people same name) went above and beyond with helping us get previous MRI and records for Dr Prasarn to review so can schedule appointment. She volunteered to get up from her desk and walk down to pick up disk and personally bring us the medical release form for my love one who could barely move due to pain. She was genuinely caring, friendly, compassionate and very helpful. She represents what every office staff should model as too many times bad staff has caused us not to choose to make appointments with amazing doctors.
