Comments: Not only is Dr Prasarn outstanding but everyone on his staff and at Memorial Herman Spinal hospital is professional, friendly and really there to help! Dr. Prasarn visits with you on the very first visit as well as Albert, one of his PAs and they listen and give you their undivided attention. Kathy, was very helpful going over and beyond her job to help me. After surgery she scheduling my follow up with Dr. Prasarn the same day as with the Dr. Flores, whom she recommended to see for my shoulder. Susan, the health care nurse calls before surgery and checks on you the day of surgery, , the day you go home, and calls to follow up while you are home recovering. The nursing staff is wonderful, especially Chiddi. I live in Louisiana and have to have RTC surgery and I will definitely have it done at Memorial Herman Spinal Hospital!
