Comments: Dr. Prasarn and his team changed my life. I had been struggling for months but was referred to Dr. Prasarn when I had a concerning rapid loss of mobility. He saw me quickly, reviewed my scans with me and carefully explained my options. He listened when I told him how debilitating my pain was and understood how my situation was affecting my family. His office was efficient in getting my surgery scheduled, I got multiple calls from nurses from his surgical team for pre-operation education and to collect personal information to make the day of surgery easier. On the day of surgery everyone was kind and helpful. They listened to me when I shared my concerns about my comfort throughout the process, especially the anesthesia team. Dr. Prasarn came to see me before going into the OR to review the procedure once again and he put me at ease. Nurse Susan, who not only answered many of my questions pre-op, was also with me post-op to advocate for my comfort and for adequate, safe, mobility supports from physical therapy before my release. Prior to surgery I had not been able to stand or sit upright for over a month but just hours after surgery I was already walking. My quality of life has improved drastically and I have Dr. Prasarn and his team to thank for that. I am forever grateful for their expertise, compassion and exquisite care.
